Jordan School DistrictThe Jordan School District, located in Sandy, UT, has immediate openings for school psychologists. Positions are in elementary, middle and high school. Many of our elementary schools have full-time school psychologists and no one is assigned to more than two schools. All middle and high school settings have full-time school psychologists assigned to them. The service delivery model in our district is intervention-based, with the majority of our positions being funded by regular education. Pre-doctoral and post-doctoral supervision by licensed psychologists is also available.

Tooele County School District announces an opening for a school psychologist.
Minimum Qualifications: Appropriately certificated by the State of Utah: Masters level professional training in an approved school psychology training program.Responsibilities: Work with classroom teachers to implement instructional interventions and develop behavior management plans; provide consultation to teachers and families, psychological counseling, student assessments, crisis intervention, observations, and other direct services to children with learning, behavioral, and emotional problems, and their families. Demonstrated knowledge in current “best practices” in the education of students ages preschool through 22 with a variety of disabilities; current knowledge of assistive technology available to students with disabilities; ability to work collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary team at each school assigned.
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
